Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) and Hong Kong Hahong Co., Limited Ltd. (“Hong Kong Hahong Co., Limited,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, AR/VR showrooms, and any other services or sales channels operated by us (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy).

1. Eligibility & Account Security

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make a purchase.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Products & Availability

2.1 We design and sell women’s Tops, Swimwear & Beachwear, Skirts, Shorts, Dresses, and Co-ords. Product images, colors, and descriptions are illustrative; minor variations may occur.
2.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the items and send a shipping confirmation.
3.3 We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely via third-party processors. We are not liable for processor-related errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Free worldwide shipping is provided; estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
4.2 Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
4.3 We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, carrier strikes, pandemics).

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return – You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason.
5.2 Refund Processing Time – Refunds are credited to the original payment method no sooner than 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
5.3 Buyer Bears Shipping Costs – Return shipping fees, duties, and insurance are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5.4 PayPal Refunds – Where PayPal was used, funds will appear in your PayPal balance within at least 14 days; in jurisdictions where law mandates longer periods, refunds will be completed within 30 days.
5.5 Non-returnable items include swimwear without hygienic liners, customized garments, and items marked “Final Sale.”

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs on the Services are owned by or licensed to Hong Kong Hahong Co., Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

By posting reviews, images, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and adapt such content in any media. You represent that you own or control all rights to the content you submit.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
(a) Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
(b) Upload malicious code or engage in data scraping;
(c) Infringe or violate our intellectual-property rights or those of others;
(d) Misrepresent your identity or the origin of content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hong Kong Hahong Co., Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hong Kong Hahong Co., Limited, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law – These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11.2 Arbitration – Any controversy or claim shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its Administered Arbitration Rules then in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong; the proceedings will be conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Services or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
