✝︎ Day 1 is the day after your order is shown as “Delivered” by the carrier.


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and item SKU(s).

  2. Receive an RMA number and a prepaid label cost quote (deducted from your refund) or use your own trackable service.

  3. Pack items securely; include the RMA form.

  4. Send the package within 7 days of RMA approval.

  5. We inspect items within 3 business days of arrival and trigger the refund.

  • Refunds appear as a single credit; processing times vary by issuer.

  • Original outbound shipping is free, but return postage and any customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund if we provide the label.


5. Requests After the 14-Day Window

  • 15–30 days: Defective or wrong items may still be exchanged or credited at our discretion—contact Customer Care with photos as evidence.

  • 31+ days: We cannot accept returns, but we will assist with manufacturer warranty claims if applicable.
